I don’t know the particular laws, but that behavior has to be criminal. He should have been in handcuffs as soon as the police were there. Anyone who thinks this kind of assault falls somewhere in the range of “free speech” or “discourse” is out of their mind. It’s not politics. It’s not entertainment. It’s dangerous. His fantasy that he lives under some kind of police-state oppression do not justify anything. It’s sad that the rules of our society require everyone there to refrain from giving him what he deserves. A man should be afraid to behave that way. Of course, knowing how unbalanced our justice system is and how he could play the victim, he was surely wishing to get hit or handcuffed so he could claim to be oppressed. Sad, hateful, ugly creature.

Alex Jones deserves no blame at all. He called Malkin on her lies. Something most of her victims never get to do.

However, the phony protest was staged for people like Malkin to record and make fun of. That is Cohen’s (the wizard) job. Alex went over to see it first hand.

The two goons pretended to be “big fans” so they ran up to Alex to be photographed near him. Next they are seen on tape yelling “Kill Malkin” (positioned behind Alex) as well as “Alex Jones is a spy for the Government” (from off to one side). All of that is caught on several cameras.

Alex said what needed to be said about that vile smear merchant to her face so that she could respond. She didn’t. She chose to use the right wing blogger flacks to make up a story and put that out instead. The usual.

Now… be a real patriot and find out who the two nitwits were who were yelling for physical attacks on both Malkin and Alex – instead of repeating the b.s. they spoon feed the public.

Whatever happened, Alex Jones had no right to confront a reporter trying to report on the demonstration. Michelle had a perfect right to be there. Alex Jones should have been arrested and prosecuted for inciting a riot.

Thanks for the link. I don’t see how you can blame Alex for this. He didn’t turn the protest into anything, he simply wanted to confront an individual who had lied about him.

It’s very likely that the jester and the green-shirt are professional instigators, hired by an intelligence agency in order to devalue protest around the DNC. COINTELPRO.

There was pushing, Alex Jones pushed the long, dark haired guy. When questioned about it, Alex said, “He was in my face.”

And there WAS a crime committed (at least in this state) and it is called “Inciting to Riot.” When the clowns started yelling, “Kill Michelle Malkin” AJ should have completely shut his mouth so as to not further incite the crowd. There could have been violence with the right mixture of people, and AJ probably would have been held complicit to some degree.

well i didn’t actually see an attack anywhere. a lot of yelling, but nobody got physical, and no pushing, shoving, and no blood.

getting yelled at, while unpleasant, and perhaps even scary, isn’t criminal.

in fact, you can hear people in the crowd constantly warning “don’t touch them” and “calm down.”

look, kids, sorry to say, michelle likes to provoke, and it’s come back to haunt her.

you can’t have your strawmen and eat them, too.

Um, hey you all, Alex absolutely did not attack her. He was calling her out on her stance on torture and that marine dog-throwing incident and some idiots from re-create ’68 started yelling out ‘kill michelle malkin’ and then said ‘Alex don’t say that’ to make it look like Alex was calling for her to be killed, while her bodyguards reiterated it and the Rocky Mountain Post (aka ministry of information) did as well. Re-create ’68 is nothing but a provacateur group trying to start trouble. Get your facts straight. You wonder why Alex gets so worked up? I would too if people are continuously trying to slander me with lies. Malkin deserved everything she got after stating that people like myself, who have a simple problem with the official 911 story, should be put in an internment camp. Hey, even yelling is protected by the 1st Amendment so Alex is well within his right, my congrats to him!

Im no AJ fan, but this video, as well as his own clearly shows that those two clowns are the ones guilty of inciting any violence…and it wasnt Alex. That should be made clear.
Also whats not being taken into consideration is Malkin avoiding even responding to Jones’ questions.
I dont agree with his tactics, but he isnt there to protest, and If Malkin lied about me like she does about Alex, I might get in her face about it too.
Malkin needs to fess up about that dog killing Marine, she said it was fake. It wasnt.
She also advocates internment camps for those that dont blindly follow the government.
These things are the main point of why she was confronted by Alex. Why doesnt she address them? Instead she makes false accusations of Alex, which only makes him look righteous in his challenging her.
