I hope that America has the wisdom to reject the party of Multiple Derangement Syndromes.
Bush derangement syndrome is what fueled the disgruntled Liberal fires for 8 years. It’s hard to come off that drug, as is evidenced by how easily and gleefully they are still running against Bush, even as he is about to retire. I know that it’s also a useful campaign strategy, but that is not what it is to the Liberal foot soldiers in ACORN and the like. To them, it’s a fix. A way to channel their raging impulse to demonize people with differing opinions and philosophies.
What a great source of relief it must have been for the addicts when Sarah Palin came along. They knew their days of rage against Bush were numbered, no matter how long they mentally avoided reading the writing on the wall. Then along came Sarah, and all was right once again in the fever swamp of Liberal anger and bitterness.
Never missing the opportunity to show us what’s under their mask of self-richeous impartiality, the mainstream media dispatched hordes of investigators to Alaska, to do the work vetting Sarah in a manner that they never bothered to accomplish with Dear Leader. I believe that the average American sees that and is turned off to the Democrats.
Then along came Joe, the plumber. And now those same hordes reveal their lack of meaningful success feeding the Sarah Derangement Syndrome monkey on their backs, by instantly coming down with Joe The Plumber Derangement Syndrome. And that monkey is hungry!
How deranged and unhinged have they become in their attempt to get their fix? Well, the Netroots have launched full scale digital investigations into Joe’s background. Mainstream news outlets are running hatchet jobs on Joe The Plumber’s character, and have rifled through his background as though he was a Conservative presidential candidate. Joe, the Senator, mocked Joe The Plumber. Barack, the Senator, mocked Joe The Plumber. And now the Liberal media spinners are storming off of cable news shows.
Once again, I think the American people see this and are turned off to the Democrats for seemingly having no sense of how to engage in politics without destroying everyone and everything they perceive to be in their way.
Joe didn’t seek out Obama. Obama came to Joe’s neighborhood for the purpose of being photographed mingling with the “average Joe’s”, showing how in touch he is with their concerns. Joe did what the Lib’s like to champion for themselves. He participated. Joe took the opportunity to challenge a candidate on an issue important to him. He did it calmly and civilly. They shook hands.
This is what the left does today, when you particpate in a way that doesn’t support their movement. They lustfully try to destroy you. Nice tent you have there, Democrats.
The contempt the media shows for the privacy of an average American who had the audacity to ask the Vapid One a simple question speaks volumes, none of it very good.
Keep it up, MSM. Blast everything you can find on JtP all over the news channels.
Then let everyone in this country ask themselves this question: What if that had been me?
