Can We Please Have Bush Back?

April 28, 2009

For all of Bush’s faults, he wasn’t this thoughtless:

Talk about out of touch. Not one person in the Obama chain of command could empathize with the plebes on the ground, and the horrifying memories this might conjure in them?

What hole was President Obama on when they notified him that his administration terrorized Manhattan?

There were so many ways this could have been handled differently in order to minimize the publics’ justifiable fear of another attack. Something just isn’t right about this incident, aside from the stupidity and arrogance, but I can’t put my finger on it.

I have already called Sen Kay Hagan (D-NC) and alerted her to this video. They knew 0. They were alarmed. ALARMED!!!! It was 9-11 in the minds of those on the ground. What were they thinking? Publicity? Well they got it big time.

Obama took Specter up to a high place in Air Force One, and they flew over all of New York City, including ground zero, the place of the former monument to capitalism, the World Trade Center. And Obama said to Specter, “I will give you all of New York City, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. So if you worship me, it will all be yours.”

Specter answered, “Make me a Democrat…”
