We Have Video Of The CNN Kerffufle

April 15, 2009

UPDATE: Obviously we hit a nerve with CNN because they forced YouTube to pull the video down, along with all of the comments people posted. Some other YouTuber (who we do not know and are not affiliated with) grabbed the clip before YouTube yanked it. That clip is embedded below.

UPDATE: Exclusive Video! We have posted our footage of what went down after CNN signed off.

Today, there was a brief and minor drama involving a CNN reporter and some Tea Partiers.  Here is CNN’s video:

We were there with video cameras too, and came upon this scene just as her segment was ending. We will be posting our footage from this encounter later.

    What a lightweight “reporter.”

She threw a hissy fit because a guy she interviewed wanted to finish his answer to her question, while she wanted to interrupt him and argue against his position. Moreover, she seemed to expect silence from the crowd and couldn’t habdle the noise without whining

    How lame.

Two people I know who were there said she kept cutting the gentleman off, and he kept asking her to let him finish. When she wouldn’t the crowd also yelled to let him finish. This is what she has deemed to be hostile. Then she started to pout and complain the it wasn’t family friendly (what a laugh). The people around her then started saying, “CNN go home.”

I was there at the end of the rally and everyone was friendly and collegial. No signs with swear words, no screaming or inappropriate behavior. She had to be extremely rude to have irritated that crowd. Watching the video you can see that her attitude and her constant interruptions were obnoxious. Not a surprise, though, nowadays with reporters making themselves the story instead of covering it.

I wasn’t there, but just watching the clip and the anchor woman’s response, it sure appeared to be an intentional setup to show them as ‘extremists’.

I have been laughing for the last 10 minutes over this ninny! WHAT DO TAXES HAVE TO DO WITH LIBERTY?! ARE YOU CRAZY! READ A HISTORY BOOK LADY!

What kind of “reporter” says “Do you realize you get a $400 tax credit for that child?” Not only is that unprofessional and totally uncalled for, but the fact that many average American families pay $400/month in Medicare tax ALONE. Poo on your petty $400 credit. The Stimulus bill spent $15,000 for each American citizen. $400?! ridiculous…

$50 billion for the “State of Lincoln” – Does she know where that $50B comes from? WE PAY FOR IT! So, tax us at 50% then give “The State of Lincoln” $50B and how to we get it? Congressional earmarks and special favors. Get real.

“Not really family viewing”, WHAT THE HECK! Are you KIDDING ME! The ads on CNN’s website are trashier than that protest by a long shot!

Since when do newscasters trash other networks like that? “Wow that is the prime example” of how far CNN has swung to the left! Yeah Kira, Susan is having a rough time with that angry mob, good thing she “tossed it back to you” before things got really rough. Had she stayed that two year old would have thrown a Cheerio at her.

Can we please post this everywhere? Anyone who thinks CNN is worth anything more than a good laugh should see this. WHAT A JOKE SUSAN! FIND ANOTHER JOB YOU BIASED LIBERAL!

Where is the State of Lincoln?

Her agenda was obvious. She was there to make a point against the protests and she wasn’t allowed too. Hence her infantile whining.

It was obvious she wasn’t there to interview (which is SUPPOSED to be her job), but rather to give her own speech & ridicule the protesters.

I want to know who the lady was who took on Little Miss Pissy Pants. She’s my hero and I want her to run for office. I wouldn’t have been able to have the presence of mind to take LMPP to task so articulately and boldly.

I second Chris’ motion. This lady should get a medal and be named “Woman of the Year”!

Why is it that we in America who treasure conservative values are considered extremists.
This country has gone way over the edge, I’m afraid we will never return back to what we were founded to be! Every American has been given the right and the ability to pursue success. We should not be responsible for those who choose not to.
