According to our attorneys, yesterday was the final day of the DMCA safe harbor provision. Yesterday should have been the day YouTube re-posed our video of CNN hack Susan Roesgen.

We regret to report YouTube did not re-post the clip, or the 3000 comments it generated. We do not know why.

Perhaps we should just re-post the clip ourselves. We have not done that out of respect for the DMCA provisions that YouTube operates under. You see, we never considered YouTube the villain here because the DMCA safe harbor provisions are what allow the YouTubes of the world to exist.

Up until now our position has been that YouTube is just doing what it needs to do to in its own best interest. We don’t begrudge them that.

Our position has been that the villain here is CNN for initiating a fraudulent DMCA take-down.

But now that the DMCA waiting period is over, and the liars at CNN have not initiated any additional action against us regarding the clip, we are wondering what YouTube is waiting for.

Hopefully out attorneys can find out more as the day progresses.

UPDATE: Our original clip which CNN fraudulently forced YouTube to take down in a vain attempt to silence us, has been restored!! Click here to see the coverage CNN tried BUT FAILED to disappear.
