According to our attorneys, today is the last day of the DMCA take down safe harbor time period. In short, that means barring any further action from the liars at CNN, our original clip of hack “reporter” Susan Roesgen attacking tax day Tea Partiers should be restored today.

Check back as the day unfolds to see if YouTube does the right thing.

Below is the corpse of the original clip. Let’s see if comes back to life today.

UPDATE: 1:37 PM Eastern – Still no sign of the clip.

UPDATE: 5:02 PM Eastern – Still no sign of the clip.

UPDATE: Our original clip which CNN fraudulently forced YouTube to take down in a vain attempt to silence us, has been restored!! Click here to see the coverage CNN tried BUT FAILED to disappear.

That’s funny, according to Ben Sheffner, the time for it to be put up was about a week ago.

    http://copyrightsandcampaigns.blogspot.com/2009/05/founding-bloggers-cnn-critique-down.html

He had your counternotice (Dated April 23) posted on his site.

The DMCA states they should restore the video between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the Counternotice.

I’ve seen this happen before. One poster named desertphile had a video removed by a bogus DMCA. He filed a counternotice. YouTube didn’t do anything about it until he reminded them NEARLY A YEAR later (according to him–and I believe him). They then restored the video.

It seems like YouTube is run by Curly, Larry and Moe.

Of course, filing false DMCAs is just one way to censor people on YouTube. Unfortunately, false flagging videos is another.

I am with MD…Keep Up The Fight! With this type of adulation, one would believe that there is no need for more fawning MSM. Let’s face it, we will never see the Rashid Khalidi tape that the LA Times swore they would put out for the public AFTER the election.

It is amazing to me that the WH is now into producing it’s own news considering the MSM’s fawning. What in the world would possess the WH to do this?
