No Perjury Charges For Democrat Burris!

Democrat Senator Roland Burris is not required by law to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

“There is insufficient evidence to charge Senator Burris with perjury,” State’s Atty. John Schmidt said in a statement released this morning.

Schmidt said while Burris may have given incomplete answers to the panel that was looking into Blagojevich and the appointment of Burris, the senator did not perjure himself. [MORE]

For Democrats, you only need to tell some of the “truth”.
