Horse racing tracks in Illinois are in line for $80 million in riverboat casino profits now that the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to review a lawsuit over the money.

What if McDonald’s was forced to share profits with Wendy’s? Or if Coke was forced to share profits with Pepsi? How would that be any different?

Any business regulated by government eventually gets screwed. Unfortunately, today almost every business is regulated by the government.
