While in India, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton trashed the United States on so called global warming.
“We acknowledge now with President Obama that we have made mistakes in the United States, and we along with other developed countries have contributed most significantly to the problem that we face with climate change,” she said. “We are hoping a great country like India will not make the same mistakes.”
Notice how she calls it “climate change” and not “global warming”. That term of old is being disappeared in favor of a less obviously inaccurate descriptor.
The arrogance and stupidity of mankind, to claim itself responsible for changes in climate. Tumultuous changes have occurred long before we arrived on this speck, and those changes will continue long after we are gone.

I watch a lot of discovery, learning and science channel programs. If one pays attention the holes in the global warming argument can be found. For instance I was watching a program recently about some active volcano somewhere in the world. The narrator was trying to impress the listening audience about the huge power and bulk of volcanic emmisions that one eruption can produce. Basically he said that within a half hours time post eruption more C02 can be emitted by a volcano then is generated by industrial man in a decade.
