Pardon my cynicism, but this appears to be a tool to expand the prospects of work for lawyers, and yet another example of the clear conflict of interest in allowing lawyers to make law. If allowed they will destroy this country and put it in line to become part of a one world government, their ultimate goal. They have crippled us financially and now wish to cripple us militarily. Hate crimes legislation doesn't even need to be placed anywhere within the laws of this country as it is already covered by the laws on the books. I think we have plenty of laws, need to resend a lot of them, replace our congress with folks who have common sense and get rid of the system they have built that gives them the power they have. Term limits in place, take away all benefits, reduce their annual salary and limit the number of staff they can have. Give the government back to the people, they work for us.
