Barney Frank Is Also The Joker

In homage to the brilliant Obama Joker poster we wrote about earlier, and in homage to Barney Frank’s honesty regarding his true desire to wipe out private insurance and replace it with socialized medicine, which we also wrote about earlier, we have combined the two topics into one horrifying image:
