What’s clear is that if a sale is coming, it had better come soon. Sun-Times Media had just $19.3 million on hand July 31, and some experts estimate it is close to running short of the cash it would need to shut itself down.
It’s not looking good for this particular organ of legacy media.

What…, no bailout?
I grew up reading the SunTimes, and in disgust quit it completely 4 years ago. Steinburg, Mitchell, Ebert, gah.. And during the election it was the one all the time, I couldn’t take the bias anymore. It did it to itself.
