   I haven’t put up my pictures yet, but I did see TWO counter-protesters there. Yeah, a ton, right? They were the same two we encountered at Dan Lipinski’s recess rally. But they weren’t very effective; one had a bandage around his head and was on crutches, and the other one had a sign that said “Don’t Touch Their Health Care” with an arrow pointing our direction. They were only there for like ten minutes, though. Pretty effective! …Or not.

   When I attended the Tea Party in my hometown of Springfield, MO, the ACORN story was all the rage. That was several ACORN updates ago, of course, and now…well, now this thing is just getting flat out ridiculous!

   In this seemingly never-ending series of incredible ACORN revelations, we have at least discovered one business that gigantic leftist “community organization” groups can and will support: Child prostitution.

   Yes, the entrepreneurial spirit is not dead in leftist America! So see? It’s not all bad.

   I think that there’s a lot to be said for the liberal entrepreneurial spirit, a la “No Child Rapist (or Child Rapist Profiteer) Left Behind – Change for America, ACORN Style” at http://firebreathingchristian.wordpress.com/2009/09/13/no-child-rapist-or-child-rapist-profiteer-left-behind-change-for-america-acorn-style/

   They didn’t show up because they were too busy in DC. ACORN peeps selling the Gadsden Flag!! Can’t sell themselves, so they sell Don’t tread on me Flags. Oh, the sheer irony.

   I had to laugh at the Chicago poster that read “B.O. Stinks!” A woman I know happened to be on the Washington, D.C. train when the protesters were getting on and going back home.

   Take this with a grain of salt…. This is admittedly a broad brush here. We should be aware of the sloppiness of words like “ALWAYS” “NEVER” or “ALL.” But still…

   “When they got on, the train literally STUNK,” she said.

   She also noted how there were a lot of laughs and comments about the “N-word” as well. She said there were no small- or medium-sized slogan-covered T-shirts she could find.

   “There were all these overweight people wearing these small shirts,” she said. “NOT pretty.”
