Young America’s Foundation organized a nationwide protest last Friday called “No More Che Day”.
“Young people are led to believe that Che was a man of the people – a champion for human rights. They are not taught that he was a cold-blooded murderer who executed Cuban dissidents. Academia and Hollywood are the last vestiges in America where the failed ideas and brutality of Marxism are celebrated.”
From a local paper covering a Florida event:
The white leaflets had the image of Guevara and his quotes such as “To execute a man we don’t need proof of his guilt.” The group told students about at least 180 documented murders of men, women and children they say have been committed by Guevara.
“I wouldn’t think people who wore his shirt would support him if they knew what he did,” said Chris DePaola, 20, communications chairman of the College Republicans, which supported Friday’s protest.
Plus this flashback to the 2008 Democrat Convention:

How ironic that the iconic hater of capitalism has his face on t-shirts everywhere. A capitalist is making a profit by selling a product with an anti-capitalism murderer on it. This is the definition of irony.
