Thank god President Obama is sending some of his Chicago team back home to rescue the city’s children from the ongoing bloodbath Chicago has been experiencing this year.
There is hope on the horizon, because the feds and Illinois Governor Quinn have determined the root cause of the problem:
Quinn said Illinois isn’t alone in its struggles to pay the bills, and said among the first things states cut during budget crunches are after school programs that target at-risk youth. Quinn said the federal government should pump more dollars into these programs, or at least let states borrow money at a low rate to keep community programs running.
Yeah. The problem is a lack of taxing and spending. The nation’s urban quagmire has nothing to do with the failed war on drugs America.

And before people go “SEE! I TOLD YOU ALL RIGHT WINGERS ARE SECRETLY RACIST!” First of all, most right wingers are no more aware of this IQ data than you are and are conservatives for totally different legitimate reasons. I only speak for myself and myself alone. And I even knew about this data when I was still a lefty and my conversion to the right had nothing to do with racism. And secondly, I don’t really consider myself a racist since it’s the TRUTH. It’s not like I “act” on this data. I don’t advocate white supremacy (if I did why would I acknowledge that East Asians are smarter than whites?) and I’m not a Neo-Nazi, a skinhead or a member of the KKK. I actually think it’s IMPORTANT to face the truth no matter how unappealing it might be. That way we can best REFORM our education policies to help compensate for these natural variations in analytical ability. And no, I don’t believe all blacks are stupid and all whites are brilliant. That obviously isn’t the case. The data simply reveals AVERAGES. Extremely intellectually gifted black people obviously exist and incredibly stupid white people obviously exist.
Keep pumping money into the black hole…when are they going to get it? You don’t throw $$$ at the problem to solve it. There are so many interwoven issues that must be addressed individually first.
And it’s not like when I was in highschool, those of us who took part in afterschool programs as a networking base to organize our crazy teenage boy behaviour or anything like that.
It’s not like the jocks are the ones who delt the coke and the acid, and the stoners in the rock clubs were the source for weed and meth.
That’s just crazy talk.
