Not Guilty By Reason Of Jihad?

An accused terrorist charged with attempted Jihad has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

Is the government softening the ground to begin treating Jihad as a mental illness?

What’s next? Should terrorists receive disability benefits?

This is why Jihad has no place in our civilian criminal courts. Jihad is an act of war. Jihad should be prosecuted by the military.
