UAW, AFSCME Caught Stealing Money From Babies!

The Wall Street Journal is calling attention to how the government of Michigan is helping unions take money that should be going to children, and diverting it union coffers!
One day, almost entirely out of the blue, thousands of self employed daycare providers in Michigan were suddenly notified that they were now union employees of the state! The result?
Today the Department of Human Services siphons about $3.7 million in annual dues to the union—from the child-care subsidies. The money should be going to home-based day-care providers—themselves not on the high end of the income scale. Ms. Berry now sees money once paid to her go to a union that does little for her. She says she is “self employed and wants nothing to do with the union.”
That’s the Progressive movement for you. It’s like taking candy from a baby.
