Lech Walesa: ‘America Is Moving Toward Socialism’ (VIDEO)

January 31, 2010

On Friday, January 29th, 2010, Lech Walesa, former President of Poland, traveled to Chicago to endorse Illinois Republican gubernatorial candidate, Adam Andrzejewski.

We were fortunate enough to have an opportunity to sit down with the President and Mr. Andrzejewski. Our video from that visit is below.

Items that stand out:  1) Lech Walesa tells his American audience that the United States no longer leads the world politically or morally 2) At least one of your Founding Bloggers asks President Walesa if he thinks America is slipping toward Socialism. His Answer? Yes! 3) Andrzejewski is running on a platform of forensically auditing Illinois’ books and exposing corruption by making the details of the audit available to the public.

I do think its credible to claim that Obama is pushing a Chavez-like economic and domestic policy – it can be called “Cash for Cronies” as a short-hand. If you support Obama by voting and donating money for him and his causes, you will be rewarded with taxpayer money “re-distributed” to you and your company or state, county, city, etc.

This is how totalitarian countries operate; this is not free enterprise. Obama does not like free enterproise or capitalism precisely because in such a system, generally, the harder working, the smarter, the more ambitious get ahead and thereby create a socio-economic system where wealth/income/money is not “flat” and evenly distributed, which is BHO’s prime goal.

Lech Walesa – is a great man, solid right-winger, who helped Poland become free again. Imagine how much the Nobel peace prize went down in value from 1983 to 2009…

Even a blind Liberal should be able to see that his short-goal is a Cloward-Piven collapse of America.

How Lech Walesa can still have a sense of humor after slaying the communist politburo dragon and seeing it raise its ugly head in the nation of Reagan is a testament to the human spirit.

Adam Andrzhelpneedspeekandspell campaign should reignite a candle in the window till the election to show voter solidarity.

While the South has been suffering from heavy snowfalls and freezing rain we up here in New England ave been enjoying sub-zero wind chills and below zero night time temperatures. That’s worked out well for us here at Lake……

Be a little suspicious of Walesa. He’s a union guy from way back…

Lech Walesa is by no stretch of the imagination a “right-winger”. I’d even go so far as to say that if he’d immigrated here in the nineties, he probably would have been a centrist, left-of-center Democrat, and probably would have supported Clinton. Now he might be a Republican, but it wouldn’t be long before people would be calling him a RINO, with good reason.

Walesa formed a union in the then-Soviet bloc Poland, which I see as more of an anti-communist, anti-Soviet move than a leftist one. The move set off a chain of events that Walesa had a hand in, in changing Poland to become a market-based economy and towards democracy.

WE are more than “on our way.” In my mind, we are a socialist nation at this point. The Noe-cons, and ObamaNation have made sure of that. We shall see what the next elections bring.

If someone had told me five years ago that this would be happening here, I would have laughed at them. I am not laughing today.
