Domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is miffed that he has been banned from the campus of the University of Wyoming.
LARAMIE, Wyo. — Bill Ayers and a University of Wyoming student are suing the school after it banned the former 1960s radical from speaking on campus.
We at Founding Bloggers believe that Ayers is a pig and a criminal, but he is unfortunately a free man, and should therefore be free to speak where invited. Banning him seems like a bad idea that only brings him exposure and sympathy that he does not deserve.
I think he will have a problem prevailing.
After all, he has no damages, since the University is still paying his speaking fee.
I’ve always wondered why Ayers isn’t serving a life term in the federal enitentiary.

How’s about we call him a thug and a criminal… pigs are actually much, much nicer than Ayers and his murdering wife.
If he sues, though, and if he wins, then how can any university in the nation oppose a speech by Limbaugh, or Beck, or Malkin, or anyone on the political right?
If we stand for freedom of speech, then we support free speech even for those we most detest. If we don’t stand for freedom of speech, then we’ve succumbed to tyranny. (Are you listening, Canada?)
