Congratulations to the New York Police Department and the FBI, for so swiftly capturing one of the suspects in the attempted Jihad in New York last weekend.
And while there is no prayer that the Progressive Obama administration will utter the word Jihad in describing this attempted Islamist attack, we do want to congratulate Eric “Black Panther” Holder for saying the dreaded t-word out loud. That must have sucked for him.
“It was clear that the intent behind this terrorist act was to kill Americans,” Holder said
Praise Jesus! Does this mean we will now be engaged in a domestic contingency operation?
Meanwhile, Mayor Salt Cop will now have to backtrack on his initital blaming of Americans against Obamacare:
Bloomberg later told CBS Evening News Anchor Katie Couric that the suspect behind the bombing attempt could be a domestic terrorist angry at the government who acted alone.
“If I had to guess 25 cents, this would be exactly that. Homegrown, or maybe a mentally deranged person, or somebody with a political agenda that doesn’t like the health care bill or something. It could be anything,” he said.
“There is no evidence here of a conspiracy, there is no evidence that it’s tied into anything else. It looks like an amateurish job done by at least one person,” he told Couric.
Mayor Sodium, you owe the American people an apology. Perhaps if you weren’t so busy worrying about and controlling what people eat, you could have been doing a better job of securing your city. As it is, only dumb luck and an alert American citizen (former military) saved your city from disaster.
What an embarrassment of a Progressive mayor Mr. Bloomberg is.
