Is President Obama Breaking The Law?

May 21, 2010

Would it be illegal for the President of the United States to use the powers of the Executive branch to facilitate or otherwise coordinate with groups organizing law breaking mob actions on the streets of America?

Regarding the recent premeditated (potentially illegal) mob actions organized by NPA-SEIU, what did the President’s administration know and when did it know it?

That’s the topic of our latest post on Big Government.

UPDATE: From the comment section of Big Government:

Domestic Terrorism section 2331 of Title 18 United States Code/section 802 of the U.S. Patriot Act (i) to intimidate or coerce civilian population (ii) to influence the policy of a Government by intimidation or coercion “dangerous to human life” If Government employees travel together to a civilians home, surround it, with clear intent to intimidate the Homeowner and terrorize his child, would that not be a violation of the Patriot Act? Must the SEIU members violently attack the child, like the Gladney gentleman? Is there a lawyer in the house that can explain?

Founding Bloggers does not subscribe to the ‘Birther’ movement. We are not prone to calling the BP oil disaster ‘Obama’s Katrina’. We do not like images depicting any President as Hitler.

On the other hand, if the President and/or his administration is coordinating with unions to break the law and intimidate private citizens, including but not limited to innocent teenage children whose only crime was being born and home alone, then that should be the end of the Obama Presidency and repudiate this ugly Progressive movement.

High crimes and misdemeanors? If we’re not there yet, what else is it going to take?

Had that incident occured at my house, I’d start suing and I wouldn’t stop until I died. This is blatent intimidation and trespassing with full knowledge and approval of the police, who failed to arrest anyone for this illegal demonstration.
Did the protestors (around 500 of them) have a permit to demonstrate? What gives them the right to protest on someone’s own front yard? These questions need to be anwered, preferably in court. All those who are responsible for the terrorization of the minor inside his families’ house should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Throw the book at them and make examples of them. This disgusting tactic must be stopped immediately.
Someone should as Andy Stern how he’d like a mob in his front yard.
