You may have already heard about this story of a new public school opening in Los Angeles which cost HALF A BILLION dollars to build. This at a time when teachers are being let go for lack of funds.
But don’t worry about that, silly! You see, according to the principal of this shiny new monument to government waste in the name of the children, this is all coming from “Separate pots of money.” (starting at 4:40 in the video below)
Where did these pots of money come from? Are they just laying around all over Los Angeles, or do they have to be mined? Any chance there is a teacher “merit pay” pot of money next to the obscene construction pot of money?
