Free Advice For Tea Partiers, Conservatives, And Republicans…Don’t Give A Rat’s Ass What The Democrats Think About Tonight

November 2, 2010

As of this writing, the House is now in Republican Tea Party hands, Russ Feingold has been swept from power, and Mark Kirk is ahead by a slim margin.

Already, the media narrative has begun to shift to what this means for the Democrats. There is going to be a temptation to turn to the Democrats for their response to the outcome of tonight’s races.

Here is some free advice for the various components of the Tea Party (Conservatives+Libertarians+Republicans): Don’t give a rat’s ass about what the Progressive Democrats think this all means. It does not matter what they think it means. It means what it means completely independently from however the defeated party frames it. So why let them define it?

Come on people, grow a set and tell them what it means. Don’t wait for them to seize the opportunity!

Here’s at least one thing this all means – The anti-Socialist, non-Left alliance is coming together swimmingly. In fact, the more Democrats and their media outlets scramble to attempt to define what this election means, the more they reveal their fear of the power this alliance represents.

This is only the end of the beginning, folks.
